Job Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled merchant support specialist to fill a customer-facing position. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our e-commerce clients, helping them understand and utilize our testing platform.

The Job Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer experiences through prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries
  • Troubleshoot technical issues, identify root causes, and offer solutions or escalate when necessary
  • Develop product expertise to answer questions quickly and accurately
  • Manage multiple customer conversations simultaneously
  • Own follow-ups and ensure all tickets are resolved in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams on escalated or complex issues
  • Contribute to internal knowledge-sharing initiatives
Key Qualifications
  • Proven experience in merchant support, customer support, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage time effectively
  • Familiarity with tools like Tableau, Looker, SQL, or BI platforms is a plus
