Job Title: E-commerce Operations Specialist

Job Description:

As an E-commerce Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations and performance optimization of our online store. You will be the go-to expert across sales, promotions, content updates, product merchandising, email and SMS campaigns, and site analytics.

We are seeking a detail-obsessed and digitally savvy individual to join our team. You will have a strong eye for detail and UX, excellent copy, communication, and project management skills.

In this role, you will:

  • Manage and optimize all Product Display Pages (PDPs), ensuring accurate content, strong SEO, and conversion-forward design
  • Oversee homepage, navigation, and seasonal merchandising updates
  • Plan and execute product launches and sales promotions
  • Monitor site daily to ensure uptime, product availability, and bug-free performance
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years managing Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) e-commerce, preferably in beauty/wellness/lifestyle brands
  • Deep experience with Shopify and Klaviyo (email and SMS)
  • Confident with Google Analytics, analytics tools, heatmaps, and data interpretation
  • Strong eye for detail and UX
  • Excellent copy, communication, and project management skills
