About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior E-Commerce Marketing Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys driving digital marketing strategies and e-commerce performance across multiple customer-facing storefronts.

The successful candidate will own the digital marketing strategy and e-commerce performance, including managing regional Shopify storefronts and marketplace shopfronts (Amazon and eBay). They will create and maintain product listings, build and execute promotional campaigns, and lead digital advertising efforts across Meta, Google, and TikTok Ads.

This role requires a strong balance of creative, strategic, and commercial skills, with experience in developing and running email marketing campaigns for both consumers and trade partners. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing Amazon and eBay storefronts, as well as creating and maintaining product listings on Shopify sites.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive e-commerce performance
  • Managing regional Shopify storefronts and marketplace shopfronts (Amazon and eBay)
  • Creating and maintaining product listings, including imagery, descriptions, SEO, category alignment, and compliance
  • Briefing and/or creating campaign assets — including banners, landing pages, email content, and marketplace visuals
  • Monitoring performance using GA4, marketplace dashboards, and ad/email analytics

To be successful in this role, you should have 5–8 years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or DTC roles, with a strong background in managing e-commerce platforms and digital marketing channels. If you have experience in beauty, wellness, or FMCG, and familiarity with international operations, that would be a bonus.
