QSR Operations Specialist

This is a challenging and rewarding role for an individual who enjoys working in fast-paced environments and is passionate about delivering high-quality solutions to customers.

About the Role:
  • In-charge of solution delivery to customers, including pattern building, functional and regression testing, regular and scheduled releases, and pattern integration testing.
  • Conduct system diagnostics and implement solutions to ensure seamless solution delivery.
  • Expected to work on a rotating shift schedule to support continuous 24/7 business operations.
  • Work on AI projects in the QSR domain, primarily handling QA responsibilities including functional and integration testing.
  • Participate in service rollouts and process enhancements with a focus on use case development, test case design, and validation testing.
  • Help ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation of systems and standard operating procedures.
Requirements:
  • 2–4 years of experience in software quality assurance or solution delivery roles.
  • Hands-on experience in functional, regression, and integration testing, test case creation, execution, and defect tracking.
  • Experience working in 24/7 operational environments with rotating or shifting schedules.
  • Familiarity with release management processes, including scheduled and on-demand deployments.
  • Exposure to cross-functional collaboration with development, operations, and business teams.
Key Skills:
  • Proficient in test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, Zephyr).
  • Understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC, and Agile/Scrum practices.
  • Basic knowledge of AI concepts and how they apply to real-world use cases, including basic prompt engineering.
  • Familiarity with system diagnostics and troubleshooting techniques.
