Job Summary:

The Solution Delivery Developer is responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying technology solutions that align with business requirements. This role ensures that solutions are delivered efficiently, meet quality standards, and support organizational objectives. The developer works closely with business analysts, solution architects, and project managers to translate requirements into functional, scalable, and secure applications or system enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, test, and implement software applications and integrations based on business requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, understand, and refine technical specifications.
  • Maintain and enhance existing systems, ensuring stability, scalability, and security.
  • Develop APIs, services, and integrations between enterprise applications.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and quality assurance processes.
  • Document technical designs, processes, and user guides for delivered solutions.
  • Support deployment activities, including release management and post-production support.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, ensuring minimal business disruption.
  • Stay updated with new tools, frameworks, and technologies to improve delivery practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience as a Software Developer, Application Developer, or Solution Developer.
  • Experience with databases (SQL, Oracle, MySQL, or PostgreSQL).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps practices.
  • Understanding of software development methodologies ( Agile, Scrum, DevOps).
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
