Financial Appointment Setter

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Appointment Setter to join our team. As a key first point of contact for prospective clients, you will play a crucial role in helping us bridge the gap between individuals seeking financial clarity and our expert team.

Your primary responsibility will be to proactively conduct outbound outreach (calls, emails, CRM-driven communications) to potential clients, with the goal of setting appointments that align client needs with our personalized services.

  • You will need to qualify prospects by understanding their financial goals, retirement concerns, or wealth-building interests.
  • Schedule consultations with the appropriate financial advisers or coaches.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of interactions, notes, and scheduled appointments in CRM systems.
  • Follow up with warm leads to ensure engagement and appointment attendance.

To succeed in this role, you will require excellent communication skills—warm, clear, persuasive, and empathetic—and proficiency with CRM tools and workflow tracking. You should also be goal-driven, with a track record of meeting outreach or booking targets.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or client outreach—preferably within financial services, accounting, real estate, or wealth coaching.
