We are seeking a skilled professional to provide exceptional customer service via chat, email, or phone. As a remote worker, you will be responsible for handling inquiries related to product information, order tracking, returns, and account concerns.
You will utilize your expertise in Gorgias and Shopify to manage tickets efficiently and provide fast, accurate support.
To ensure a consistent customer experience, you will stay informed on product updates and support practices.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to customers via chat, email, or phone in a professional and friendly manner
- Handle inquiries related to product information, order tracking, returns, and account concerns
- Use Gorgias and Shopify to manage tickets and provide fast, accurate support
- Stay informed on product updates and support practices
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience with both Shopify and Gorgias
- Comfortable working independently and handling multiple conversations at once
- Empathetic, patient, and reliable when addressing customer concerns
