About the Role

We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer support via chats and emails, build positive relationships with customers, meet team KPIs, stay up-to-date with cutting-edge technology, and securely work with customers' sensitive information.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Native English language skills (B2 level)
  • At least 6 months of experience in a customer support role
  • Personal or professional experience in trading/investments/blockchain is a must
  • Experience providing support via live chats
  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Analytical and research skills
  • A positive and responsible attitude
  • A personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps-download and 40 Mbps-upload)
