
Lead Financial Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and organized Financial Bookkeeper to manage our financial records and support our accounting operations.
The successful candidate will have experience with accounting software, strong Excel skills, and excellent communication skills. They will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, reconciling bank and credit card statements, creating financial spreadsheets and reports, invoicing clients, and managing accounts receivable/payable.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record as a Virtual Assistant with a focus on bookkeeping, proficiency in QuickBooks Online or similar software, and strong knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets. They must also have excellent English communication skills, be highly organized and detail-oriented, and able to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and categorize transactions using accounting software
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements
- Create and maintain financial spreadsheets and reports
- Invoice clients and manage accounts receivable/payable
- Organize receipts and financial documents
- Assist with payroll and expense tracking
- General admin tasks such as email management, calendar scheduling, and data entry
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant with a focus on bookkeeping
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks Online)
- Strong knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets
- Excellent English communication skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Certificate or diploma in bookkeeping, accounting, or related field
- Experience working with U.S. Clients
- Familiarity with project management tools
