Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Administrative Specialist/Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in office operations management, documentation, and team coordination.
Key Responsibilities- Manage daily office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and supplies.
- Maintain and organize physical and digital records, ensuring proper documentation and accessibility.
- Provide administrative support to various departments, including meeting coordination, report preparation, and general inquiries.
- Educational Background: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office management or administration is a plus.
- Experience and Skills: At least 1-2 years of administrative experience, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Organizational and Communication Skills: Excellent multitasking abilities, strong attention to detail, and effective verbal and written communication.
