About the Role

This role involves providing administrative support to our executives, including making calls, conducting phone lookups, and managing emails, calendars, and schedules. The ideal candidate will have experience in real estate, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain accurate records.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and schedules.
  • Develop and implement efficient administrative processes.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and colleagues.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
  • Familiarity with real estate terminology and processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
