Global Trading Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Global Trading Support Specialist to join our dynamic trading team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our traders, ensuring seamless execution of trades, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional support to traders, responding promptly to their needs and queries
  • Ensure accurate and timely execution of trades, minimizing errors and maximizing efficiency
  • Maintain comprehensive records of trades, including entry/exit times, prices, profit/loss, spreads, strategy tags, sessions, and time of day
  • Develop and maintain trade tracking systems in Google Sheets, Notion, or analytics tools like TradeZella
  • Build and update master financial dashboards for prop firm accounts, payouts, and profits
  • Deliver concise, visual daily reports at rollover (5 PM ET)

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience working with MetaTrader 5 (MT5)
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
  • Familiarity with AI automation tools or workflow systems
  • Coding experience related to trading algorithm development or system integration
