Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role involves providing top-notch support to clients via various communication channels, ensuring a seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field; high school diploma or equivalent may be considered with relevant experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English.
  • Proven experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in technical support or financial services.
  • Familiarity with CRM software, such as Zendesk and Aircall, is an asset.
