We are seeking a skilled Onboarding Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless integration of new properties into our portfolio.


About the Role

As an Onboarding Specialist, you will be responsible for guiding landlords through the full onboarding process, coordinating property preparation, and ensuring each property meets our high standards. Your work will set the foundation for long-term success and strong partnerships with property owners.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new properties.
  • Work closely with Sales and Account Management teams to align onboarding requirements.
  • Manage scheduling, inspections, checklists, and issue resolution during onboarding.
  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure properties meet our standards.

Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong eye for quality.
