Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled IT Business Systems Analyst to collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Agile Team on Oracle Recruiting Cloud improvements.

The ideal candidate will have a good background in Agile methodologies and project management, along with experience in Oracle Recruiting Cloud or similar talent acquisition applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and efficiently.
  • Manage ADO board updates effectively.
  • Collaborate with multi-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, developing contingency plans as needed.
  • Provide regular project updates to partners and senior management.
  • Prepare detailed reports and documentation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related courses.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in project management and Agile methodologies.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with Oracle Recruiting Cloud or related talent acquisition systems is beneficial.
