The Talent Acquisition Supervisor plays a pivotal role in driving the company's talent acquisition strategy forward. This key position is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, encompassing sourcing, screening, hiring, and onboarding of top talent.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans to meet organizational staffing needs and support business objectives.
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to understand talent requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Design and implement innovative recruitment marketing campaigns to enhance the employer brand and attract high-quality candidates.
- Ensure a positive and consistent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition or full-cycle recruiting, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Proven track record of success in recruitment, with a strong understanding of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies.
- Experience in employer branding and recruitment marketing, with expertise in online marketing and social media management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Registered Psychometrician certification.
