Job Overview

SAP HCM consultants play a pivotal role in the implementation and support of SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) Suite, encompassing all HR functions from core administration to talent management and experience management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in project phases including planning, design, development, testing, integration, deployment, and post-go-live support.
  • Drive requirements confirmation discussions, perform fit-gap analysis, and create configuration workbooks.
  • Document business processes and workflow approvals, configure prototypes, and participate in overall configuration management.
  • Perform unit testing, drive user acceptance testing, and participate in defect management.
  • Conduct system walkthroughs, provide post-go-live support, and maintain applications.
  • Assist with cutover planning, execute data conversions, and transfer knowledge to application developers.
  • Identify areas for improvement and best practices.
Client Relationship Development and Management
  • Build long-term relationships with clients, manage stakeholder communications, and support proposal drafting.
  • Practice building, develop thought leadership, market offerings, and white papers.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts, prepare case studies, and continuously develop our service offering.
