Project Management Role

We seek an accomplished professional to oversee large-scale, cross-border projects that drive business transformation and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate will lead cross-cultural teams, manage project lifecycles, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives. They will partner with senior stakeholders, manage risks, and deliver successful outcomes within scope, budget, and timelines while fostering collaboration across global business units.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Leadership & Execution:
    • Manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring adherence to project management frameworks, tools, and methodologies.
    • Develop comprehensive project plans, resource allocations, and budgets.
  • Stakeholder Management:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for global stakeholders, including executives, regional leaders, and external partners.
    • Facilitate regular governance meetings and provide transparent project reporting.
  • Risk & Issue Management:
    • Proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement mitigation and contingency plans.
  • Team & Collaboration:
    • Lead and mentor cross-functional, multicultural project teams across geographies.
    • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation within project teams.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Identify opportunities to enhance project management processes and contribute to building global PMO best practices.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, IT, Engineering, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • 10+ years of progressive project management experience, including at least 5 years in a global or regional leadership capacity.
  • Proven track record in delivering complex, multi-country projects.
  • Experience in industries such as Finance, BPO, IT, Healthcare, etc. is advantageous.
    • Certifications (preferred but not required)
    • PMP (Project Management Professional), PRINCE2, or PgMP.
