Job Overview

This role is responsible for delivering end-user support and customer service as part of a front-line team. As an experienced problem-solver, you will provide solutions to customers and ensure data accuracy in our systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process worklist requests within set timeframes
  • Provide updates to relevant teams on supported client accounts
  • Communicate with sponsors via email regarding issue resolutions
  • Ensure accurate data entry in the CRM system
  • Perform reporting tasks related to database performance
  • Root Cause Analysis ticket owner for product alerts and errors
  • Complete quality control activities for User Management tasks
  • Elevate issues promptly to senior management
Required Skills and Attributes:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
  • Familiarity with call center ticketing tools and call management systems
  • Positive attitude and enthusiasm
  • Sense of ownership and accountability
  • Able to apply creative problem-solving skills
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least one year of User Management experience
  • Excellent communication skills in English
