Job Description

As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that the processing of vendor invoices and employee expense reimbursements adheres to corporate policy regarding approval, coding, and timeliness. Your role will involve efficiently handling the weekly check batch processing, contributing to the smooth financial workflow of the organization.



Employment type: Full-time
Shift: Night Shift, Mon - Fri 09:00 PM - 06:00 AM
Work setup: Hybrid, NCR or Cebu

What do you need to succeed
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • 1-3 years of accounts payable experience preferred
  • Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and Outlook, in particular)
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work
  • Self-starter and excellent problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Ability to maintain confidential information
  • Works well in a team atmosphere

  • Maintain company cellphone, credit card and utility accounts
  • Manage the company Accounts Payable email box
  • Assist in the preparation of and distribute regularly scheduled reports
  • Assist with the implementation of new corporate procedures
  • Other duties as assigned
