The Opportunity

As a Support Technical Lead, you will:
  • Provide exceptional support for Java/web applications within AWS, ensuring top service quality with minimal business disruption.
  • Apply your expertise in operating systems, applications, and software to guide the team.
  • Oversee application service configuration and maintenance, aiming to protect the production system consistently.
  • Manage a ticketed query system, keeping an up-to-date issue and resolution database.
  • Collaborate on developing and updating operational processes and automation strategies, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
About You
  • Experience: At least 8 years in client-facing application support roles.
  • Cloud Expertise: Extensive experience with cloud technologies (AWS preferred).
  • Documentation Skills: Proficient in creating client-facing documentation.
  • Ticketing Systems: Experienced with systems like Jira.
  • Flexibility: Ready to work extra hours during crises and on a 24x7 shifting schedule.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Advantages (Not Required)
  • Leadership experience and familiarity with specific technologies like Tomcat, Nginx, or MongoDB are a plus.
