Job Purpose

  • Client Onboarding Associate is primarily responsible for promoting and onboarding clients to the Bank's Digital Channels (mainly Vybe) via interaction with clients in branches, payroll releases, caravans and other events.
  • Client Onboarding Associate's key role is to increase Vybe's enrollment and usage.
  • Main area of assignment is Batangas.

Main Functions

  • Channel Enrollment Quota – Achieve personal enrollment targets on Vybe when assigned in branches, caravans and customer events. Educates clients on features and benefits of the Bank's Digital Channels.
  • Support Branch Partnership – As a front liner of Digital Channels Group, he/she is tasked in cascading new digital channels features and capabilities of Vybe and other Digital Platforms by conducting rollouts to their respective managed areas and actively encouraging branches to enroll clients to Vybe.
  • Other Admin Functions - Ensures accurate and timely preparation of enrollment reports and processing of reimbursements. Ensures that the channel production report is up to date to ensure quota and targets are met.
  • Functional Excellence – Knowledgeable regarding the updated features of Vybe by attending trainings and walkthrough provided by the department. Equipped in decision making and understanding client's needs.
