JOB DESCRIPTION OVERVIEW:
Recruitment Associate is expected to deliver administrative task with major functions in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition

Responsibilities:

Recruitment:
Accountable for hiring for Sales Account Manager and other open positions (technical, sales and non-sales role). Conducts end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding, including administration of exams and interviews. In-charge in developing networks in Recruitment Channels such as LinkedIn and Facebook. Timely posting of career opportunities both in Internal and External Channels. Coordinates between hiring managers and applicants, and schedules interviews. Prepares and ensures all new hire files are complete and accurate. Research and suggest for hiring platforms that will help fast track recruitment process.

Timely update of recruitment tracker and applicant database Others Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Research and suggest uptrend HR practices. Qualifications Bachelor's degree holder in human resources, psychology, or any related course. With at least 1 to 2 years' experience in HR field. Especially in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition. Must have the capacity to communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders. Experience in executive search and technical recruiting is an advantage. Must be competent at cultivating relationships, demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills Must have excellent organization, coordination, and time-management skills. Creative and energetic
