About Jardine Service Centre (JSC)
Jardine Service Centre is an organization fully owned by Jardine Matheson in Hongkong which is a diversified Asian-based group with unsurpassed experience in the region, having been founded in China in 1832. JSC is responsible for providing back-office support to business units of Jardine Matheson (JML) by administrating transactional and rule-based activities including Finance, HR, IT and Procurement. We aim to deliver world-class services to our customers in a cost-efficient manner via process standardization, application of state-of-the-art technologies and process simplification.
As part of the Jardine Service Centre, we are looking for Talent Acquisition Associate to be part of our pioneer team in Manila and oversee our full-cycle internal recruitment.
Talent Acquisition Associate responsibilities include sourcing candidates through various channels, planning interview and selection procedures and maintaining a healthy pipeline of candidates in the system.
To be successful in this role, you should be able to develop long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires.
Ultimately, you will create strong talent pipelines for our company's current and future hiring needs.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers to understand talent requirements, job specifications, and organizational needs.
- Able to conduct and facilitate effective intake sessions with the Hiring Managers to better understand the demands of the business.
- Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position's requirements.
- Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
- Responsible for attracting top-tier talent through both active and passive sourcing methods.
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews.
- Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details.
- Manage the end-to-end Recruitment process.
Qualifications
- Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role
- Previous experience interviewing and assessing potential hired for technology positions and assisting with onboarding processes.
- Familiarity with Job boards, social media, resume databases and professional networks
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in working with data and ability to translate these data into clear and insightful reports.
- Excellent proficiency in Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization techniques.
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)
- A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
- Bachelor's degree in human resource or relevant fields with 1-3 years of relevant work experience
