 Job Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of API integration, with hands-on experience in API troubleshooting and problem resolution.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to effectively analyze and address customer issues related to web technologies.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience as a Support Engineer, with a preference for candidates who have specifically worked in onboarding teams.
  • Demonstrated success in providing technical support and guidance to customers during onboarding processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and internal teams.
  • In-depth understanding of the e-commerce industry, including key concepts, trends, and common challenges.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and tools, with a specific focus on Shopify, Recharge, and Bold.
  • Proven ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues, providing efficient and effective solutions to customers.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving, anticipating potential issues during the onboarding process and implementing preventive measures.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and customer success teams.
  • Willingness to share insights and feedback to contribute to ongoing improvements in the onboarding process.
