Your Role:

A dynamic and experienced educator to lead our childcare and preschool programs. The Head of Learning and Development will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing developmentally appropriate curriculum, instructional practices, and professional development opportunities for our staff. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education, a passion for nurturing young children's growth and development, and the ability to inspire and empower educators to excel in their roles.

Responsibilities:

- Lead strategic planning efforts for Kawit branch, identifying opportunities for growth, improvement, and innovation in program delivery, customer service, and community engagement.
- Work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to align branch operations with organizational goals and priorities, implementing strategies to enhance program quality and sustainability.
- Collaborate with teachers, and cross functional teams to ensure curriculum materials, resources, and activities align with program goals and educational standards.
- Provide instructional leadership and support to teachers, guiding them in implementing effective teaching strategies, methodologies, and assessment practices.
- Establish assessment protocols and tools to monitor children's progress, evaluate program effectiveness, and inform instructional decision-making
- Foster positive relationships with families, community organizations, and stakeholders, promoting collaboration and shared goals for children's success.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in early childhood education, with a focus on curriculum development, instructional leadership, and professional development
-A passion for progressive education. Deep understanding of the Charlotte Mason philosophy an advantage
-Creative thinking skills and the ability to design engaging and meaningful learning experiences.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for connecting with children and fostering positive relationships.
-Flexibility and adaptability to embrace new ideas and approaches, moving beyond the confines of traditional teaching methods.
-A commitment to lifelong learning and professional development, continuously seeking new ways to add value to the educational experience.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to plan, implement, and evaluate educational programs and initiatives.
