The Learning Administration Specialist will be responsible for the following:

  • Executes end-to-end logistic activities for the learning session.
  • Determines participants / list of learners for the session, in consultation with key stakeholders.
  • Communicates to learners (training enrolment process).
  • Ensures that relevant learner data are shared with facilitation team and training logistics.
  • Shares training data to data management team for record keeping.
  • Maintains and keeps the database updated for all activities, materials, and requirements of training programs.
  • Develops and updates the weekly training logistics plan.
  • Implements the training logistics by preparing all activities necessary to run and complete the program.
  • Ensures and monitors availability of training manuals and materials for assigned training programs.
  • Monitors cross charging of training cost to the correct cost center.
  • Helps monitor budgets and resources.
  • Implements and improves frontend and backend learning administration process.
  • Supports the utilization and functionalities of Learning technology to deliver the desired outcomes, in partnership with key stakeholders.
  • Assists in the evaluation of all learning interventions, aligned with the data analytics team

Job Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any 4-year course.
  • Has 2-3 years of work experience, 1 year of which is spent in Learning & Development and focused on performing learning support functions.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledgeable in Multimedia/digital training platforms and methods.
  • Proficient in MS Office especially MS Teams.
  • Exposure to LMS and KM is an advantage.
  • Willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig (hybrid set-up).
