Learning and Development Specialist

Description:
Delivers standard training material of courses with one or more components such as but not limited to orientation for new hires, technical training for existing employees, and source quality training provider/ vendor.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Implements, updates, and monitors Performance Management Program
- Assesses training and development needs through surveys, interviews, focus groups, and communication with managers, instructors, and customer representatives
- Creates, organizes, plans, and presents various forms of onboarding, orientation
- Develops training programs to fulfill workers' specific needs
- Evaluates program effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and feedback
- Maintains knowledge of the latest trends in training and development
Qualifications:
- College graduate of Human Resources, Training and Development, or a related field required.
- At least 3 years relative experience in learning and development, training, and performance management
- Amenable to travel in different location to facilitate training in satellite offices (nearby provinces, Visayas, and Mindanao) if necessary
- Skills in research and evaluate training options and alternatives
- Skills in design and implement effective training and development
- Hybrid work set-up applies
