Job Purpose

To manage the daily transactions of the Client Services Department. Build, Maintain and grow successful relationships within internal stakeholders and clients.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • To meet Account Management target on a monthly basis.
  • Manage and forge relationships with all assigned clients
  • To generate businesses – via orders or other deals from clients
  • To deal with day-to-day requirements, requests, and issues of all assigned clients including but not limited to detail changes, requests for recordings, etc.
  • To effectively maximize all opportunities with the client including but not limited to designing questions or campaigns based on requirements and needs.
  • To conduct calls and reviews with clients – daily, weekly or as needed to ensure that all issues are addressed
  • To manage all orders, acquire feedback and get re-orders
  • To work with internal groups on how to acquire more clients
  • Supervise the day to day deliverables and individual performance of the Client Services Associates.
  • All other related tasks that may be assigned.

Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): account client management, account development skills, Management.
  • At least 3-5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Account Specilaist specializing in BPO/Call Center set-up
  • With an outstanding communication skills
  • Amenable working in UK time.
  • Can start immediately.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Must live within a maximum of 45 minutes travel from the office (Preferably from Las Piñas or Muntinlupa)
