The Administrative Assistant will provide secretarial and administrative support to Director of Sales & Marketing for the smooth running of the day-to-day operations of the Sales & Marketing Office. He/she should be a team player with good communication skills, highly organized, able to work under pressure, able to think critically and meet deadlines. He/she should also have a positive attitude and work ethic is required with a can do attitude.

The ideal candidate should have at least three years of experience in Administrative or secretarial role and preferably with a degree in hotel management or business. He/she should have excellent computer skills, have strong planning and analytical skills, and excellent interpersonal skills with a high command on oral and written English.

The Administrative Assistant will also be responsible in planning meetings and taking detailed minutes, assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and develop and maintain a filing system. He/she will be entrusted with sensitive information which he/she should be able to handle in a confidential manner.
