Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Administrative Assistant located in Makati. The Executive Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative assistance, managing phone etiquette, and using clerical skills. Additionally, they will support the executive team with effective communication and scheduling daily activities.
Qualifications
- Experience in administrative assistance, executive administrative assistance, and clerical skills
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask efficiently
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, office administration, or related field
Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include knowledge of insurance industry practices, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving abilities.
