Your Journey as Sales Administrative Assistant at Management Strategies
Our purpose at Management Strategies, is to transform people and organizations, so that together, we transform society.
We are seeking a meticulous and adaptable sales administrator to support and collaborate our Sales Team and Marketing Team. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries, prepare contracts & budget forms, create sales collaterals and assist in representing Management Strategies in in-person industry events. To ensure success, you should have experience in a sales environment and effective administrative skills.Â
Your Contribution to Transformational Work
Support Sales Team. Provide administrative support to the sales team through the following but not limited to:
- Handle customer inquiries and provide support in coordination with Marketing Team
- Preparing of sales contracts and budget forms
- Coordinate attendance and participation to in-person industry events (may require in-person setting up and breakdown of booths, and the like)
- Man booths in public events and registration for internal programs
- Prepare sales collaterals in coordination with Marketing Team for event
Act as Sales Function of Hubspot. Keep sales section of MgtStrat Hubspot updated from end-to-end sales cycle:
- Create accurate contracts and upload to Hubspot
- Track and maintain sales contracts in Hubspot
- Update client records via Hubspot.
- Generate monthly sales reports from Hubspot / MIS
Your MgtStrat Experience
- Full time employment with work hours from 8 to 5pm, Mondays thru Fridays
- Hybrid setup: F2F attendance includes in-office sales admin tasks, MgtStrat community and office team events, and the like.Â
- Work equipment: laptop will be provided, Google email address and other GSuite apps included
