The HR Officer plays a crucial role in our Human Resources department and reports directly to the
Management/CEO. This position is responsible for performing various HR activities, including but not limited
to employee recruitment, onboarding, payroll administration, and other HR transactions as needed. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Recruitment and Selection:
• Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies.
• Advertising job openings and managing the application process.
• Conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates.
• Coordinating the selection and onboarding process for new hires.
Employee Relations:
• Serving as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related matters.
• Addressing employee concerns, complaints, and grievances.
• Assisting in conflict resolution and mediation between employees.
• Promoting positive employee relations and fostering a productive work environment. 
HR Policies and Procedures:
• Developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Ensuring compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Providing guidance and interpretation of HR policies to employees and management.
• Updating and maintaining employee handbooks and related documentation.
Compensation and Benefits:
• Administering employee benefits programs (e.g., health insurance, retirement plans).
• Managing payroll and ensuring accurate and timely processing.
• Conducting salary surveys and benchmarking studies to ensure competitive compensation.
HR Administration:
• Maintaining employee records, data, and HR databases.
• Managing employee contracts, agreements, and documentation.
• Handling employee-related paperwork, such as employment contracts, leave requests, and
performance evaluations.
• Ensuring compliance with data protection and privacy regulations. 
HR Reporting and Analysis:

• Preparing HR reports, metrics, and analytics for management.
• Analyzing HR data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
• Generating reports on employee turnover, absenteeism, and other relevant HR metrics.
• Providing insights and recommendations based on HR data analysis

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
• Must be a Graduate of BSBA Human Resources Management, Psychology, Behavioral Science, or
related field of study
• Must have at least 2-3 years of experience in HR facet/s
• Must be able to work from a start-up company
• Must be able to utilize Google and Microsoft Applications
