The Sales Executive is responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with key travel agencies, ensuring revenue growth, account retention, and customer satisfaction. This role involves strategic planning, negotiation, and execution of sales and partnership initiatives within the travel agency segment.

Key Responsibilities:
Account Management:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key travel agency accounts
  • Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Track account metrics and KPIs to ensure client satisfaction and account growth
Sales and Business Development:
  • Implement strategies to upsell and cross-sell services
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to achieve mutual benefits
Communication:
  • Conduct regular client check-ins and reviews
  • Serve as the primary contact for key travel agency accounts
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure account needs are met
Reporting and Analytics:
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports
  • Monitor account performance metrics and create improvement plans
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities
Strategy Development:
  • Work with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns for key accounts
  • Assist in shaping the overall sales strategy for the travel agency segment
Customer Service:
  • Ensure customer issues are resolved in a timely manner
  • Advocate customer needs and requirements within the organization
Compliance and Administration:
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
  • Ensure all account activities adhere to company policies and regulations

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or related field
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in key account management, (travel or hospitality industry is a plus)
  • Strong negotiation and sales skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
