  • Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
  • Manage calendar and schedule & coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements
  • Assist in resolving any administrative issues
  • Maintain safekeeping of the office supplies
  • Answer calls and/or endorse the same to the proper officer, if necessary
  • Perform other functions as may be assigned from time to time
