To provide administrative support to paralegals and lawyers, including tasks like document organization, scheduling, and client communication, facilitating smooth operations within a legal setting
Duties And Responsibilities
- Assist attorneys with legal research, drafting legal documents, and case preparation.
- Organize and maintain legal files, documents, and correspondence.
- Coordinate meetings, hearings, and court appearances.
- Communicate with clients, witnesses, and other parties involved in legal matters.
- Conduct factual investigations and gather evidence.
- Prepare and file legal documents with courts and government agencies.
- Provide administrative support to attorneys as needed.
- Graduate of any 4-year course relating to law (e.g. Legal Management, Business law, Economics, Political Science, and Law (L.L.B or J.D.)
- Proven experience as a paralegal or legal assistant.
- 1 – 2 years of experience as a Paralegal or legal assistant
- Proficiency in legal research and writing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must live within a maximum of 45 minutes travel from the office (Preferably from Las Piñas or Muntinlupa)
