Job Purpose

To provide administrative support to paralegals and lawyers, including tasks like document organization, scheduling, and client communication, facilitating smooth operations within a legal setting

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Assist attorneys with legal research, drafting legal documents, and case preparation.
  • Organize and maintain legal files, documents, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate meetings, hearings, and court appearances.
  • Communicate with clients, witnesses, and other parties involved in legal matters.
  • Conduct factual investigations and gather evidence.
  • Prepare and file legal documents with courts and government agencies.
  • Provide administrative support to attorneys as needed.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of any 4-year course relating to law (e.g. Legal Management, Business law, Economics, Political Science, and Law (L.L.B or J.D.)
  • Proven experience as a paralegal or legal assistant.
  • 1 – 2 years of experience as a Paralegal or legal assistant
  • Proficiency in legal research and writing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must live within a maximum of 45 minutes travel from the office (Preferably from Las Piñas or Muntinlupa)
