  • Data Management System:
    • New File set-up
    • Filing
    • Notes
  • Track processing status on master renewal spreadsheet
  • Adhere to regulatory compliance processes and procedures including privacy, data security and confidentiality.
  • Respond and engage with broker
  • Assist in brokers in reporting
  • Assist broker in data cleansing
Qualifications
  • Over 2 years experience in insurance industry (ideally in broking but underwriting considered)
  • Bachelor of Business or equivalent (administration,
    commerce, economics, finance)
  • Preferred Qualifications
    • RG146 accreditation
    • Tier 1 in Insurance Broking
    • Tier 2 in General Insurance

Prior Experience
  • Insurance broking administration experience (2+ years)
  • WinBEAT system experience (ideal)
  • Experience in managing high volume data entry/processing Previous experience working with an Australian based firm would be ideal
