Job Description:

Job Responsibilities
✨ Responsible for providing customer service support.
✨ Ensure quality and quantity of calls are observed in resolving customer care needs.
✨ Responsible to handle customers complaints and provide solutions.
✨ Respond and handles all customer questions and inquiries.
✨ Provide guidance and support to ensure the highest levels of Customer Service.
