We are currently seeking for Outbound Sales Agents to join our dynamic team. As an Outbound Sales Agent, you will play a crucial role in promoting our products and services to potential customers, while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound calls to promote Eastlink products and services (Telecom)
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships over the phone
• Analyze client telecom requirements, and propose solutions to meet their needs (icell phone, internet, home phone & TV7 smart security)
• Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators
• Provide accurate and detailed information to customers about our offerings
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns


Job qualifications:

• Must have at least 2 years of tertiary education;
• Proven experience in sales and telemarketing
• Strong command of the English language, both verbal and written
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Goal-oriented mindset with focus on achieving sales targets
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Flexible and can adapt to change easily;
• Should have no issues working onsite;
• Willing to work full-time night shift.
