Job Summary:

The Field Sales Agent is responsible for selling products or services by visiting clients or prospects in person. This role requires excellent communication, self-motivation, and the ability to build strong relationships in the field. The Field Sales Agent works to achieve sales targets, expand market presence, and ensure customer satisfaction within a designated territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Travel within assigned territory to meet with existing and potential customers
  • Present, promote, and sell products/services using face-to-face sales techniques
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Generate leads through cold visits, door-to-door sales, referrals, and networking
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Conduct product demonstrations and answer customer queries
  • Submit daily or weekly activity reports and sales logs to management
  • Maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals
  • Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, marketing, customer service) for smooth sales operations
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum [1-3] years of sales experience (preferably in field sales)
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Willing to travel and work in various locations around Visayas
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
  • Must be self-driven and able to work independently
  • Knowledge in Mototrcycle parts & accessories is a plus
  • Knowledge of speaking Hiligaynon and Bisaya is a great advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php22,000.00 per month
