**Position: Process Excellence Manager - Retail/Healthcare (Work From Home) | Night Shift**
**Location:** Fully remote setup

**Schedule:** Night Shift (9 PM - 6 AM Manila Time)

**Job Overview:**

1. Lead and manage projects by identifying initial business requirements, performing Cost Benefit Analyses, pinpointing root causes and potential solutions, overseeing their implementation, monitoring progress, and reporting on outcomes, including ROI documentation.

2. Support Operations in transformation initiatives by mentoring teams—assessing business needs, verifying Cost Benefit Analyses, validating root causes and solutions, guiding implementation, and ensuring progress is tracked and reported in the TAP Projects Tracker, including ROI.

3. Serve as the primary contact and subject matter expert for Process Excellence activities by conducting statistical analyses to identify trends, process capabilities, variations, relationships, and setting targets using the COPC Lean Six Sigma approach. Additionally, map processes, analyze data, and recommend improvements.

4. Take ownership of or mentor projects through all nine phases, ensuring completion with sponsor checkpoints and proper documentation.

5. Facilitate innovation initiatives by onboarding new moderators, conducting refresher training as needed, guiding ideas through different development stages, and leading or mentoring projects stemming from new ideas.

6. May be designated as a dedicated SME and resource for an EVP Cluster, focusing on transformation tools and methodologies.

**Qualifications & Skills:**

- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, IT, or related fields.
- Experience in process improvement and transformation roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt or Green Belt training (preferred).
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and digital tools.
- Excellent communication skills and leadership qualities.
