Oversee and drive sales operations in the Visayas and Mindanao regions. Responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans, managing a high-performing sales team, and ensuring the growth and profitability of the company products in these key areas.

Duties and Responsibilities:
-Create and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets for the Visayas and Mindanao regions.
-Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals, ensuring they meet their individual and team objectives.
-Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and development
-Prepare and present accurate sales forecasts, reports, and market feedback to the executive team
-Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and stakeholders, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Agriculture, or a related field.
-8-10 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a managerial role within the feed, agricultural, or related industries.
-Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and managing a large sales team across multiple regions.
- In-depth understanding of the animal nutrition/feed industry, particularly within the Visayas and Mindanao regions.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
-Willingness to travel extensively across Visayas and Mindanao to manage regional operations.
