• Set sales targets and specific performance metrics, aligned with business strategies• Supervise and support account managers and representatives to ensure client satisfaction• Communicate with clients at a senior level to resolve issues and inquiries• Generate innovative ideas to support customers and boost brand awareness• Use client feedback to improve customer experience• Report on sales results regularly and suggest improvements• Identify and approach potential clients• Ensure brand consistency• Stay up to date with product launches and provide support to clients and the sales team• Organize meetings with the sales team to ensure all members are aligned and working on a common goal and deliver within deadlines• Overseeing sales and closely to ensure sales targets are met.• Join the meetings with the potential clients together with the account supervisors to establish rapport and ensure close coordination with the client to serve their requirements.• Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.Qualifications:Graduate with a Bachelor’s degree related to Business Administration, Operations Management, or any relevant fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience as Regional Sales Manager or National Sales ManagerHas experience in handling Visayas and Mindanao region is an advantageHas experience in the Retail and Trading industry is a plus (Animal feeds)Willing to travel
