Responsibilities
• Recruit and onboard new employees.
• Make sure all health and safety regulations are followed.
• Maintain accurate financial records, including income and expenditures.
• Purchase the appropriate amount of ingredients needed by the kitchen team.
• Interact with customers to gather feedback and resolve any issues.
• Ensure the restaurant opens and closes according to schedule.
Qualifications
• Open for male and female candidate.
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or alike.
• Prior experience in the restaurant sector.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Capable of handling customer concerns in a professional manner.
• Willing to be assign in SM Manila.
