Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounting Assistant to join our finance team. The role involves supporting daily accounting operations, including bookkeeping, reconciliations, financial reporting, and administrative tasks. This position is ideal for fresh graduates or entry-level candidates eager to build a solid foundation in accounting. You will gain valuable hands-on experience in a supportive and dynamic work environment.

Duties & Responsibilities
• Perform basic bookkeeping and data entry tasks
• Post transactions and categorize records in the general ledger
• Reconcile bank statements with internal records
• Assist in preparing expense reports and monthly management reports
• Generate and review routine financial reports
• Support the Accounting Manager in improving financial processes
• Research and resolve accounting issues as they arise
• Perform general office duties such as filing, photocopying, and other admin tasks

Qualifications & Requirements
• Bachelor’s/College Degree in Finance Management, Accounting Technology, or related field
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly detail-oriented with strong accuracy in handling data
• Self-motivated, independent, and proactive in tasks
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Trustworthy and capable of handling confidential information
