DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Conduct Safety Behavioural Observation and monitor other employee's conduct of SBO.
- Evaluate and summarize SBO results, do appropriate actions to correct unsafe behavior and conditions.
- Update Daily Safety data.
- Conduct Job Hazard Analysis.
- Attend SHE meetings.
- Conduct routine safety inspection of lines and 5 mins Safety Talk to all lines.
- Conduct Fire Fighting equipment inspection.
- Monitor PPE implementation.
- Conduct Safety orientation for visitors and new employees.
- Orient suppliers on Safety
- Conduct Safety Training and re-orientation on employees.
- Conduct fire and emergency drills.
- Update safety manuals and safety signages.
- Permits renewal (all government permits)
- Monitor Pest Control implementation.
- Liaise with government officials and other entities when required.
- Do and submit SHE weekly and monthly report to Operation Head.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree in Area of Specialty
- 2-5 yrs. experience on safety, health and environmental aspects
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Computer literate
- With certification on Occupational Safety and Health trainings (BOSH), LCM, HIRAC & TOT
- Willing to be a Roving Safety Officer
