We’re looking for Customer Service Representatives (French Bilingual) who are eager to make a difference by providing world-class support to our French-speaking customers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in both French and English
- Resolve product or service issues promptly and professionally
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering timely and empathetic service
- Work collaboratively with team members and other departments

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Excellent communication skills in French (written and spoken) and English
- At least 6 months of customer service experience preferred (BPO/retail/e-commerce a plus)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to work onsite at our Cebu office
- Amenable to shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays
