Overview
The Ads Campaign Specialist is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns that drive both client acquisition and applicant conversion. This role manages campaigns across platforms such as Google, Facebook, Instagram, and others, ensuring every ad is targeted, measurable, and impactful. The Ads Campaign Specialist works closely with the marketing and creative teams to deliver data-driven strategies and creative campaigns that maximize ROI.
Key Responsibilities- Campaign Management: Plan, launch, and manage multi-platform advertising campaigns (Google, Facebook, Instagram, and more). Ensure all campaigns are properly set up with correct tracking, budgets, and schedules. Oversee daily campaign performance to ensure goals and budgets are met.
- Targeting & Segmentation: Define and refine audience segments for both client-facing and applicant-facing campaigns. Use demographic, behavioral, and interest-based data to build precise targeting strategies. Test new audiences and segments to expand reach while maintaining relevance.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor ad performance and make adjustments to creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies. Conduct A/B testing of headlines, visuals, and calls-to-action to improve engagement. Scale high-performing campaigns while reducing spend on underperforming ones.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze campaign KPIs such as CTR, conversions, and CPL. Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights. Translate data into recommendations to improve future ad performance.
- Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the content writer and creative team to develop compelling ad creatives tailored to target audiences. Provide feedback on which creatives perform best and guide future creative direction. Ensure all ad messaging aligns with brand standards and campaign objectives.
