Office Staff/ Purchasing Assistant

Purchasing staff is mainly responsible for managing sourcing and ensuring the availability of quality items while controlling processes.
OTHER DUTIES INCLUDE:
Receiving stock records
Organizing inventory, such as labeling items, tracking inventory levels, and ensuring the availability of items in different branches
Monitoring and tracking orders to ensure on-time delivery and resolving any supply issues
Conducting inspections in branch warehouses when needed
JOB QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:
FEMALE
Preferably 25-30 years old
Knowledgeable in using computers (specifically Microsoft Office, such as Word and Excel)
Must be a college graduate of any related course
Flexible, fast learner, and detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining accurate records
Good handwriting and organizing skills
Physically fit for the job (preferably tall and medium-built)
Knowledge in inventory is an advantage
