Position: Accounting and Admin Assistant
Company Industry: Construction Company
Location: Taguig City
Salary Offer: Php20,000 + 5,000 allowance
Work Schedule: Monday- Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM
Work Set Up: Work on site

Job Requirements:
Bachelors Degree holder.
With experience in accounting and admin.
With experience in using ERP (QuickBooks, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, etc.) is a big advantage.
Experience Taxation Law and latest BIR regulations and memorandums.
Willing to work onsite.

Job Responsibilities:
Preparation of the information and documents during BIR and FS audit - Receivables.
Preparation of the list of Official Invoices/Billings and checking of the accuracy and completeness of the details.
Monitoring, posting and settlement of the clients' payments and verifying that each payment has been issued with appropriate receipts.
Prepare the official Invoices/Billings with the system pro-forma invoices.
